Mr. Nicholas McCaffrey, Ambassador of Australia to
Peru and Bolivia, visited the Centro Ann Sullivan del Perú on Thursday, March 5.
Along with Dr. Rosa Oyama, Director of the Project and Research Team, and Liz Tolentino,
Director of the Educational Team, he could observe the work we do with families
and students enrolled in different programmes of the center; and was pleasantly
impressed by skills shown by students receiving on the job training at the
Solucion laundry.
The Centro Ann Sullivan of Peru expresses its
gratitude to the Ambassador and his retinue
for their visit and interest shown in our educational model for people
with different abilities that has been being applied in Peru and other countries
around the world for 35 years.
