The great national raffle “One million friends of Centro Ann Sullivan del Perú” was held

Centro Ann Sullivan del Peru (CASP) has celebrated 30 years of teaching people with different abilities (autism, syndrome of Down and development delay) to be independent, productive and happy. At present 100 students of CASP are working in real jobs in 33 businesses and other 50 have been included in 39 regular schools. These results are due to the great work with families done as a team through the prestigious “School of Family”, which is one of largest in the world and for which reason 10 international programs follow the CASP model.

CASP serves a population of 400 students, of which 60% are on scholarship. For this reason, with the objective of offering a quality education to our students and their low-resource families, it organized a national raffle called “One million friends of Centro Ann Sullivan del Perú”.

During the celebration of the XII School of Families, on October 9th, and in an atmosphere of expectation and great emotion, the Ann Sullivan Center of Peru held this great national drawing.

The winning prize tickets were: Nº 013385 sold in Arequipa won US $ 1000, Nº 019763 sold in Piura got US $500 and Nº 002992 won the AOC 19-inch LCDTV.

All money collected from raffle will allow people with different abilities to receive better education to reach their maximum potential in life, and to be valued and accepted members by society.
